DJS & STYLE tip of the day: Spring is here and many people want to start having color in their outfits.  However,  you’re a big fan of wearing black — don’t fret. An almost all black outfit or neutral look is also great for the spring!

So I thought an almost all black look was great to feature after my last two posts showed bright and bold looks (see these looks at posts Color Spectrum and Pretty in Pink: Spring Edition).  At first I wanted to keep a really neutral look by just adding my new Forever 21 cardigan, but then I thought it is spring and I could subtly add some bold colors and still standout.  I opted for my statement necklace that I wore in my Fall Statement blog post. I’m glad that I decided to wear it! One of the things that I really love about wearing black is that it looks great with just about anything and really allows your accessories to pop!

P.S. I can’t get enough of my Mazilie sunglasses from Aldo, another item that goes with just about anything! 🙂

Be sure to follow me beyond DJS & STYLE the blog!
